Returns
If you are returning an item via our storefront in Round Rock, TX, please visit us during store hours. Simply bring your merchandise along with the receipt to the store, & we will happily process a return/exchange if within 14 business days of purchase. Please note that returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
By Mail Returns
If you are unhappy with the fit of your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of order arrival to contact us at support@maysstreet.com or by sending us a DM on Instagram @Maysstreetboutique to schedule an exchange or store credit. Please note that returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Credit/Exchanges Process (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
If you are approved your request will be processed and a store credit will be issued or a replacement will be sent.
Your store credit will reflect the original charge LESS the cost of shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items, along with other FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
